It's not a skirt, it was a pair of girls pants that I 

cut the top off of and I just loved the design on the leg so I opened the leg up and turned it sideways and sewed it on.  I still have the other leg for a strap.and I want to sew the bottom to box it. As you can see it is only 12" long and 12" wide.  I love it, it will make a lovely purse to sell.
