Friday and HAPPY NEW YEARS.

Happy day to everyone,
Here is a quilt I started before my hand surgery last Sept.

I made the Dresden plates and it wasn't easy because of the pain in my hands.  These are the first Dresden Plates I ever made, seeing that I am new to quilting I think they turned out
Very nice. I'm going to start working on again.

Below is a partial Chinese dragon I'm tatting, we are having 
Chinese food and decorations for the Chinese New Year and this will be one so I have to finish it by 3:00 today.
I found this pattern on the web , it designed by Anne Bruvold, 2009. 
No we are not Chinese but we love a lot of the culture.
